This Thanksgiving at Minipawss Farm, I am giving thanks to all of you, the non-stop rain and the piles of autumn leaves I get to gather for all my gardens.

My garden in Sequim has a new gate to shovel the farmyard poop that my neighbors—two sheep, two ponies, one goat, and a bunch of chickens leave me every day.

I continue to go through all of life’s joys and sorrow, and like a tree I am learning how to lift my leafy arms to pray, looking at God every time I see a tree.
